Narrative

We know that 2 Cromwell Street is where Annie and her brood lived after fleeing London, since the address is recorded in LCW's report card for 1918. But, it's also where Benjamin Baker, brother-in-law of Thomas Williams (JTW's brother), was living in 1911. So maybe Annie returned to Merthyr and threw herself upon her errant husband's brother, and he aranged for her to have this house.
